If you had your very own magic genie, what would you wish broadband providers would do better?
Outages… I wish broadband providers would manage outages better. Let customers know when their service is not working properly, have a little giveback/ discount, and avoiding massive frustrations, especially for people working from home.
Fixing problems quickly. Going a day without internet is a big problem. And I wish they didn’t keep slyly hiking up monthly fees. Not quite sure how I’ve got from £25 to around £80.
