We are looking to speak with someone for an investigation into mid-contract broadband price rises. This spring, many major providers are introducing fixed price increases of around £3–£4 per month.
While this sounds like a small amount to some, we know that for those on modest broadband packages, this represents a significant percentage jump that can seriously squeeze a tight monthly budget.
We want to hear from you if:

Your Provider is: BT, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin Media, Community Fibre, Cuckoo, Hyperoptic, or Vodafone.

Your Bill: You currently pay £25 or less per month.

Household Income: Your total household income is below £25,000/year.

Your Role: You are the primary bill payer.
What’s involved?
We want to understand your experience and how these extra few pounds a month impact your cost of living.

- You must be comfortable being named and providing a photo for the piece.
