Sky not available at my address, but is available elsewhere on my estate

Sky says high speed broadband is not available at my address and will not investigate.

I already have FTTP at my address and have EE high speed broadband.

Every other address on my estate can join Sky (I’ve typed their details into Sky.com and they can join).

Openreach have sent me an email confirming FTTP is all ok and their speed checker says up to 1600mb is available.

I feel discriminated by Sky. They are not willing to investigate what is wrong.

What should I do. I don’t want to go to another supplier as their deal is by far the best in my postcode.

Welcome @carl_warren - what a frustrating situation. Painful though it is it can be worth following the whole complaint process - we have some tips about effective complaining here - I see you say they aren’t willing to investigate, but you might get a different response elsewhere within the organisation?
