I know we regularly talk about our broadband providers when they mess up or seem to forget that we are customers, but I actually wanted to say that Virgin Media’s 360 upgrade to my tellybox was super simple and even I could work it out.

I was prepared to do battle for hours, but the upgrade only took 10 mins and now I can TALK into my remote control and find the stuff I want to watch.

Do I get a prize for this? 🤣

Credit where it’s due indeed @greenwellys - although maybe you’re more technically minded than you give yourself credit for! 🤓

The voice control sounds like a super function - handy for accessibility as well as convenience.

As for your prize, well…well, watch this space for something special that every Broadband Genius needs to know about 🤫

Although isn’t being able to summon up Bake Off with just a word reward enough?!
